Pastor Ann Strickland
Ann Strickland became a Christian in 1986 and since then has laid out her life solely to serve Jesus. She served as an Associate Minister at Today’s Community Church in Wigan for ten years but in January 2008 God called Ann to Lytham St Anne’s. With no knowledge about why He had called her, she responded with obedience and moved to the Fylde coast!

Ann is now the Senior Leader of Renovate Life Church and is excited as the vision is unfolding before her eyes, as God reveals His plan for this area.

Sam Letchford
Sam Letchford became a Christian as a young child and was brought up in a Christian home. After searching over numerous years for a church to finally call her ‘spiritual home’ she was introduced to Today’s Community Church in Wigan…and of course Ann Strickland! Sam quickly became deeply involved with the church and eventually took the step of leaving her full time job to become a member of the church staff.

In 2008 Sam felt the call of God to join Ann in her vision in planting Renovate Church. She moved to the Fylde coast in September 2008 and now works in a full time role as a financial planning manager again whilst also serving on the core team at Renovate Life Church. Sam’s desire is to be able to bridge the gap between God’s church and those that do not yet know Jesus. She believes it’s time for the church, as God’s representative, to rise up and be the change we want to see in the world! Her heart is to help young people and everyone else see, believe and reach out for their God given destiny and purpose!

Lisa Daniels
Lisa Daniels became a Christian in 1991 at the Bridge Church, Bolton. In 1997 she went to St. Martin’s University in Lancaster to train to be a primary school teacher and graduated in 2001. Lisa has worked as a full time teacher for the past 8 years at Bispham Endowed CE Primary School, Blackpool and she loves every minute working with young children!

Lisa moved to Poulton-le-Fylde in 2002 and really struggled to find a church to call her home. Finally after many years she met Ann Strickland who shared her vision of Renovate Church. Within weeks Lisa was a regular attendee and now she wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!

Lisa is part of the Renovate team and heads up the courses and study groups that we offer. She really enjoys running the ‘Reality Christianity’ course where people have an amazing opportunity to explore the beliefs of Christianity in a fun and exciting way…with of course chocolate!

Phil Daniels
Phil Daniels became a Christian in August 2008 through Renovate Life Church. After leaving high school in 1995, Phil went out to Tenerife to live with his parents. After 3 years of job experience , Phil came back to England in search of new opportunities. Phil works for netflights.com at present in the marketing department as an email executive. In his part time spare hours , Phil loves to do graphic design and anything to do with websites.

In 2003 Phil met Lisa in Poulton Le Fylde. 2 Years later they married. Lisa spoke about church to Phil and encouraged him to become born again. After a few years searching for a church we found Renovate Life Church in St Anne’s courtesy of Ann Strickland.

Phil is part of the Renovate team and is responsible for the marketing needs of the church. He also  enjoys working with the worship team. Through gaining experience in Tenerife as a former DJ at an international show bar, Phil assists the team with the sound and lighting equipment.
